Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Because every item we sell is custom-printed on demand just for you, we handle our shipping and returns a little differently than traditional off-the-shelf retailers. Please review our policies below before placing your order.

1. Free Shipping & Transit Times

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders! 

  • Fulfillment Window: Standard custom production takes 2 to 5 business days before your item is ready to ship.

  • Peak Periods Notice: Because each product is printed on demand, fulfillment times can vary during high-volume peak periods (such as holidays or major sales events), extending to 5 to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience as we custom-make your gear!

  • Shipping Transit: Once printed and handed to the carrier, standard domestic delivery typically takes an additional 3 to 5 business days.

  •  

    • West: California, Idaho, and New Mexico
    • Midwest: Illinois, Indiana, and Nebraska.

    • South: Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Virginia, and West Virginia.

    • Northeast: Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island.

     

  • Non-Contiguous States Notice: Standard free shipping applies to the lower 48 states. 

2. Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

If there is a manufacturing or printing error on your item, or if it arrives damaged, we have your back.

  • 30-Day Policy: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

  • How to Report: Contact our support team with your order number and a clear photograph showing the entire item and the problem area.

  • Our Cover: If the issue is a verified production error, we will cover 100% of the cost to reprint and ship a replacement to you. You do not need to ship the defective item back to us.

3. Packages Lost in Transit

Sometimes packages get lost along the way. If your order hasn’t arrived and the tracking hasn't updated in a while, let us know.

  • All lost-in-transit claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • Delivered Status: Please note that if tracking information shows the package was successfully Delivered by the carrier to your address, we cannot cover the cost of a free reprint or refund. In those cases, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office branch.

4. Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges

Because every item is custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, nor do we offer free size exchanges.

  • Please refer carefully to the size charts provided on our product pages before checking out to ensure a perfect fit.

  • If you absolutely need a different size or color after receiving your item, you will need to place a brand-new order at your own expense.

5. Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments

  • Incorrect Address: If you provide an address that the courier considers insufficient or incorrect, the shipment will automatically be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

  • Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed at your local post office or customs office will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs to get it sent back out to you.
